The Winning Attitude - Never Give Up

Your vision is the key to fast recovery

If there is a basic core competency that establishes the common denominator of businesses who retain the services of Lifeline Consulting Group, Inc., it would be the willingness to re-affirm the original vision, goal or purpose that motivated the owner or principals of the company to launch its activities.

Bankruptcy is all too often found to accompany a failed purpose toward ever really getting out the other side of financial setbacks.

Too often, a consultation with a bankruptcy attorney "confirms" the failed purpose and helps the business owner agree to give up. We disagree with this outcome, and we see the results that can be obtained by restoring the certainty that financial problems can be resolved. Our efforts to negotiate on behalf of an endangered business are successful largely because the business itself wants to survive.

Examples of some typical results that can be obtained for clients of
Lifeline Consulting Group, Inc.

The following are hypothetical examples which will serve to provide perspective on how we may be able to help your business.

  • A manufacturer uses widgets [theoretical product] to make gadgets [another theoretical product]. He gets bad widgets from his supplier and complains. The supplier refuses to take the product back and demands the money. The supplier is the only one that sells these sort of widgets and the manufacturer now cannot purchase them so their business is going down because they cannot make their product. We go in and help the manufacturer and supplier reach an amicable solution so that both parties are happy and they can continue doing business together in the future. In this case everyone wins.

  • Another example would be cash flow problems, where the company cannot pay their vendors; we would work with each individual vendor to lower the total amount owed on each account and pay them off so that the company can get back on its feet and not go out of business. The business can go forward without carrying this debt and start seeing a profit again.

  • There can be a situation where a subcontractor doesn't get paid by the contractor because he has, in turn, not been paid by the owner. The subcontractor stops working on the project, the project doesn't get finished and everyone loses. We contact everyone and resolve the problems and work out a solution so the project completes and everyone gets paid.

Along with the above situations, you can, of course, simply be in a situation where you have gone for too long without paying down accounts payable, credit lines, business bank cards or other unsecured loans due to unexpected or prolonged downturns in your income, losses due to mismanagement, or any number of other reasons, leaving you with a negative cash flow scenario that is unlikely to resolve without a "miracle." Any turnaround strategy can be vastly assisted by simply giving us the accounts to negotiate against your available cash-on-hand. Additionally, we can collect your past-due accounts receivable and enable the cash flow to pay your vendors.
